# Логирование

Все ошибки и внештатные ситуации, возникшие в период эксплуатации ПО WA: Процессинг сохраняются в Журнале регистрации информационной базы 1С к которой подключена подсистема процессинга.

Как минимум сохраняется следующая информация о событии:

* дата и время возникновения события
* Пользователь при работе которого произошло событие
* объект системы, с которым взаимодействовал пользователь в момент возникновения события
* Техническая информация об ошибке или событии (в случае если таковая предусмотрена системой)

Для работы с логами рекомендуется использовать штатные средства платформы "1С:Предпритие". В терминах платформы данный инструмент называется "Журнал регистрации" - более детальная информация <https://v8.1c.ru/platforma/zhurnal-registracii/>&#x20;

Администратор информационной базы 1С может отключить запись части событий в журнал регистрации штатными средствами - оставив только запись ошибок. Для лучшей диагностики поведения системы рекомендуем сохранять журнал регистрации на уровне хотя бы "Ошибки и предупреждения".
